Victor and Shadowbeak have a 200,750 health pool, whichmakes this Tower boss an end-game encounter. This means you need top-tier weapons, especially industrial ones, instead of ancient ones. Guns such asAssault Rifle and Rocket Launcher are must-haves; defeating the boss fight is nearly impossible without these.
Having some of the best pals also plays a crucial role during the boss fight. Victor and Shadowbeak will one-shot the most under-leveled pals in your party. Careful consideration should also be taken into elemental types: bringing pals that Shadowbeak is weak against will be an effective combat strategy.
The Best Weapon Against Victor And Shadowbeak
Going in all Legendary guns is the easiest way to beat Victor and Shadowbeakboss fight in the game. Even the Legendary Handgun does more damage than a common Assault Rifle on the boss. This shows how underpowered your character can be if you go in guns blazing with lower-rarity weapons.
You can farm Beakon, level 29 boss, to drop Legendary Handgun Schematic. The Legendary Assault Rifle schematic can be farmed by defeating Blazmut, a level 49 boss.

Best Pals For The Victor And Shadowbeak Boss Fight
Shadowbeak is a Dark Elemental Pal, which meansit is weak against Dragon-type Palsin the game. Jetragon and Astegon are by far the best Dragon-type pals who can deal the most damage to Shadowbeak during the boss fight. Since both of these are very high-level pals, you may not have captured them.
Alternatively,Chillet,Jormuntide, andJormuntide Ignisare much easier to getand are also effective in combat against Shadowbeak.

Food items are equally important for the boss fightas having the best loadout. If you have overwhelming firepower, then you need tobring food itemsthat offer an attack boost. On the other hand, if you are adequately or underpowered, then prepare food items that grant defense buffs.
ConsumingEikthyrdeer Stew,Rushoar Hot Dog, andCarbonarawill increase defense by 20 percent. Meanwhile, Mozzarina Cheeseburger and Eikthyrdeer Loco Moco will increase the overall attack by 20 percent.
Watch out for Shadowbeak’s rush attack; itleaves lightning orbs in its trail that track you after a few seconds. This usually happens when you consistently attack the boss from a distance. When you see apurple aura on Shadowbeak, know that the boss is about to unleash a charged attack.
When this happens, you need to start sprinting asShadowbeak will fire a purple laser beam for a few seconds, tracking you.Rolling away can easily avoid this, but you need to conserve stamina. If you run out of stamina before the attack starts, the laser beam will eat away most of your health.
Shadowbeak also charges up for a yellow beam attacksimilar to the purple aura beam. Both last for a few seconds andmust be avoided at all costs. Your character gets stun-locked and takes heavy damage if the beam catches you.
Maintain your distance and aim to unload bullets on Victor or Shadowbeak’s heads. This is the only weak spot of the boss and will deal massive damage compared to the body shots.Do not let your pals die, and switch them up whenever you see any with less than 30 percent health.
