Instead, players tend to gravitate toward their longtime favorites and exciting new titles.

As its name implies, Brookhaven’s focus is on roleplaying; players build mansions and drive fancy cars while interacting with one another in a virtual city. Brookhavenregularly has hundreds of thousands of playersactive at any given time, and is one of the very few games on the platform to break the one million mark for concurrent players.
How Much Money Does Roblox Make?
While Roblox is free-to-play, it makes money by sellingRobux, an in-game currency used to purchase cosmetics and other items. Robux can be used for Avatar Items that are persistent through every Experience, or they can be spent in a specific game for upgrade like stat buffs and auto-clicking. The Robux you spend go to the content creator who made the item you purchased, and developers who earn enough Robux this way can convert them back into cash via a service calledDevEx. That’s how Roblox developers earn a living.
The Roblox Corporation, which owns the platform, has anestimated market capitalizationof about $24 billion as of the time of this writing. The platform brings in an estimated$7 million dollars every dayfor the company.
