Granblue Fantasy: Relinkis an action RPG where you can play as almost twenty different characters across an adventure through the Sky Realms. The story mode of Relink isn’t as long as your typical RPG, and not nearly as long as the decade-spanning adventure of the original Granblue Fantasy, but the game is still bursting with content.

Whether you’re unsure if there’s enough story content to justify the purchase, or you’re checking to see how far along in the game you are, you’ve come to the right place. Below, we’ll take a look at how long it takes to beat and 100 percent complete Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

From our own playthrough, and from data compiled fromHowLongToBeat.com, we’ve determined that thestory mode of Granblue Fantasy: Relink takes around 22 hours to beat. This includes the time it takes to gofrom thePrologue to the Final Chapter, completing a few side quests and quests at the Quest Counter along the way.

If you just focus on completing the storywithout any optional content, you can probably get through it all in around14 to 15 hours.

If you add in the time it takes to get through the epilogue,Chapter 0, which essentially introduces you to the game’s endgame content, you’ll need toadd in another 8 hours or so. Keep in mind Chapter 0 is mainly completingnon-story quests, with a few story-focused missions sprinkled throughout.

There are a total of12 chapters in Granblue Fantasy: Relink, including the Prologue, Chapters one through nine, the Final Chapter, and Chapter 0.

While the story mode of Relink may be on the shorter side, going for 100 percent completion will take much, much longer. Fully completing the game can be separated into two categories, getting all theTrophies/Achievements, and doing everything there is to do in the game.

If you simply want all theSteam achievements or PlayStation Trophies, it will takearound 100 hours. This involves completing the game on its hardest difficulty setting, Ultimate, collecting most of the treasure chests and Wee Pincers, completing all the side quests, and much more.

On the other hand, if you want to doeverything there is to doin Granblue Fantasy: Relink, you’ll probably spendat least 200 hoursplaying. There are tons ofin-game Trophiesto get, tracked throughLyria’s Journal, which involve things like leveling every character to 100, completing every character’s Mastery tree, completing tons of Quest Corner quests, and more.

All of Relink’s endgame content can be playedmultiplayer, which may either speed up the grind or have you spending extra time having fun with friends.
