Hi-Fi Rush is arguably the biggest of those four to take the plunge, and from Jun 11, 2025, you’ll be able to play through Chai’s musical adventure onPS5.

Shortly afterNintendo revealed Pentiment and Grounded would be the first Xbox exclusives coming to Switch,Bethesdaconfirmed the release date of Hi-Fi Rush on PS5. Not just that, but fans of the game who are excited about playing it on a new platform, or PS5 owners ready to try it for the first time, have two editions to choose from.
First up is the standard edition which you’re able to pre-order through the PlayStation Store by clicking the link in the box below. Although there doesn’t appear to be a pre-order bonus, PS5 players of Hi-Fi Rush will be able to pick up the Costume Pack DLC that was previously released for the game on Xbox. Worth noting that DLC is a separate purchase and not included with your pre-order.

Whether you own an Xbox or not, if you’ve been waiting for this day for a while and you want to make the most of it, there’s also a Digital Deluxe Edition of Hi-Fi Rush available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store that comes with a bunch of fun extras. As well as a digital copy of the game, you also get lots of cosmetic items for Chai, alternative skins for 808 and your guitar, and 20,000 Gears so you can start unlocking upgrades right away.
The Digital Deluxe Edition of Hi-Fi Rush comes with a digital copy of the game on PS5 as well as an array of in-game cosmetics and 20,000 gears to use on upgrades.
Even though it’s almost certain Hi-Fi Rush will be coming to theSwitchtoo in the future, it’s a little odd that there’s been nothing concrete about it. Not even an official announcement, let alone a release date. Hi-Fi Rush feels like a perfect fit for the Switch. So much so that it almost plays and looks more like aNintendogame than it does an Xbox one. For now, we have its PS5 launch to look forward to on March 19, anda physical release on PlayStation and Xboxcourtesy of Limited Run Games in the future.
