How To Find The Guard of the North Set

TheGuard of the North set consists of five armor piecesscattered throughout the four regions:Huckster Square, Pike’s Port, Shanty Shacks, and Imperial Gardens.

Collecting all five pieces will give you a full The Guard of the Northset to equip and progress the game’s story with higher damage protection stats. Besides the stat values, this armor set is also one of the coolest in the game,featuring a bronze-gold hue and a crown-like helmet that glows with fire.

The Guard of the North Pants

TheGuard of the North Pants is the easiest armor pieceto get and isfound in the Pike’s Port region. The fastest way to get here is by gliding from the northwest hill down to the Pike’s Port region.

Achest below the surface contains the armor piece, which you can reach by jumping down the hole found at thenorthwest side of the Pike’s Port. After going down there, you will find asmall pool of deadly shroud in the middlewith achest at the far side.

A wooden platform connects the pool’s two ends, so you may easily cross the deadly shroud without landing on it.

The Guard of the North Boots

Achest at the top of a towerin the ShantyShacks zone contains The Guard of the North Boots. The tower is found on the southwest side of the Shanty Shack, and you canapproach it by road from the south sideof the mapor by gliding above the hill near Pike’s Port,as we suggested above.

You will need the Grappling Hook to climb the tower. Without this crucial equipment, you cannot scale the tower vertically from the ground.

The Guard of the North Gloves

Thecenter of the Shanty Shacks area contains a chestthat gives youThe Guard of the North Glovesarmor piece. After crossing Huckster Square, you will come across a gate with the chest on the left side of it.

Thisgate can not be opened, and the only wayto get to the chest is to go right, and then, on the left,an alley will lead you to the section on the other side of the gate.

There will be a few powerful enemies in this area, soavoid direct confrontation and run straight to the chest. Get the armor piece loot item, and then exit the area from the same entrance you came in.

The Guard of the North Chestplate

The chest containing TheGuard of the North Chestplate armor can be found in Imperial Gardens. To reach this location, you need to arrive to the center of Imperial Gardens, where you will find the closed doors of dilapidated houses.

One of these doors hasstairs right at the entrance that lead you to the basement. Take the stairs, then go to the left entrance that will further take you down another level of this dilapidated house.

After reaching there, you will see a coffin with a skull on its front. Open thischest, and you will get The Guard of the North Chestplate.

Avoid getting into fights with the enemies of Imperial Gardens. These undead soldiers are high-level foes that can kill you instantly if you have underwhelming gear.

The Guard of the North Helm

There are several routes that lead to the far end tower inside the Imperial Gardens section of the game. One of theroutes requires you to beat the Fell Wispwyvern boss, get the “Key to The Pike” itemto access the towers of Imperial Gardens.

However, thefastest way to reach the chest, found at the east side of the tower, is toclimb the hill opposite to it and then glide to the platform of the tower.

You will need to have some ofthe best glidersin the game, such as the Ghost Glider, to travel long-range distances midair. Otherwise, reaching the east tower will require you to get the Key of the Pike and ascend the towers from the main yard.
