Every Sparkle Gem In Princess Peach: Showtime
Sparkle Gems are needed to unlock bosses, album snaps, and you can’t call your game complete without ‘em all. Patissiere Peach is a very different task though, as the Gems are rarely hidden as they are for other outfits. Instead, to get them all, you need to earn maximum scores in all the baking challenges. Are your sugar cookies sweet enough?
Every Sparkle Gem in Welcome to the Festival of Sweets
Welcome to the Festival of Sweets is a first floor level that offers your first hint that each level is not just about a different costume. Peach plays slightly differently for each ensemble she wears, and Patissiere Peach might be the best evidence of that.

When the first creature flies in holding the cookie, shoot it with your ribbon. If you’re not fast enough, it will fly away and you will not get the Gem, although you will progress without it.
Welcome to the Festival of Sweets Sparkle Gem 2
Through the gates, stop the next two flying creatures to get your second Gem. If you also stop the third, you will rescue the ribbon collector and also get a hidden ribbon. For a guide to all 30 hidden ribbons, check this out.

When collecting the strawberries and the wheat, the Gem is on the raised platform to the right of the strawberries, obscured by the curtain.
Welcome to the Festival of Sweets Sparkle Gem 4, 5 & 6
When you start baking, it is possible to earn three Gems here, so you need to know what you’re doing. The first two Gems are for filling up the cookie meter (just one will be given if you don’t fill the bonus zone), while a third will be earned for having three special cookies.
you’re able to only bake special cookies when the other bakers help you, so you should always prioritise mixing bowls with the assistants. These also give double rewards, so are crucial to getting these Gems. While only three are needed for the Gems, it is possible to get up to five in one round, which should fill up the bonus meter too.

Bowls with assistants fill up twice as fast, so don’t tap B too much or the mixture will explode and you will get nothing. It is possible to still max out the Gems with one explosion, but two will waste too much time.
Welcome to the Festival of Sweets Sparkle Gem 7
When the bakers rush off with the trays of cookies, don’t head through the double doors. Instead, head past them to a glowing spot on the floor. Pose using ZL and head to a hidden area with a mixing bowl. Tap B here to make more cookies, then give them to the villagers for a reward.
Welcome to the Festival of Sweets Sparkle Gem 8 & 9
In the next baking challenge, you must decorate five cakes. You will know if you have decorated them correctly as the cream will transform into something less generic when it’s in the right spot - just note that sometimes you need to complete a whole section before it transforms.
You will get one Gem for filling up the meter (three out of five cakes right) and another Gem for filling up the bonus zone (five out of five cakes right).

Welcome to the Festival of Sweets Sparkle Gem 10
Unmissable, the Gem is earned for placing finale cookie on the cake to end the level.
Every Sparkle Gem in Welcome to the Spooky Party
The kitchen gets a little hotter in Welcome to the Spooky Party. Gems are still earned for baking ability, but there’s a lot more time pressure this time around. Navigate it with style, and with our guide.
Welcome to the Spooky Party Sparkle Gem 1 & 2
The first baking challenge is to decorate seven cakes like the diagram suggests. Clear all seven and you’ll get two Gems - remember that the cream will transform into the correct decorations when it’s properly in place, so keep going until that happens.
Just after this challenge, head around the back of the bakery before leaving the area to rescue the ribbon collector.Remember you can find all the hidden ribbons with our handy guide here, too.

Welcome to the Spooky Party Sparkle Gem 3
When your path is blocked by evil pumpkin cookie munchers, double back with the first batch of cookies and give them to the other pumpkins attacking the baker instead. This gets you a Gem and gives the baker some peace and quiet.
Welcome to the Spooky Party Sparkle Gem 4, 5, & 6
In this challenge, you will need to bake enough cookies to stop the enemies from bashing down the gates. You will get one Gem for completing the challenge, making it unmissable and you cannot continue without completion.
However, the second Gem is for baking at least three special cookies, which requires the assistance of the other bakers. They will likely only appear four times, so you must make the most of this at least three times. Since these reward double cookie stacks, they’re also crucial in keeping enemies fed to allow you to complete the challenge.

The third Gem in this challenge is for serving everyone, so keep going right until the end. By making special cookies at all four opportunities (three will just about do it if you serve the biggest crowd first) and maintaining good speed for the rest of the task, you should be fine with this Gem too. Just don’t relax when the three special cookies are made - this last Gem is the hardest one to get!

When the town is celebrating your victory, find the cracked biscuit tile between the first two stalls. Pose on it using ZL and access the secret area. Bake a batch of cookies here, and enjoy your final Gem.

The Dark Baker & The Bewitching Sweets Sparkle Gem 2

The Dark Baker & The Bewitching Sweets Sparkle Gem 3
Unmissable, this is given when the Dark Sparkla tries your cake and turns good again. Hooray! Maybe not that exciting. Hooray.
The Dark Baker & The Bewitching Sweets Sparkle Gem 4
