Board games and video games might feel like entirely different ways to spend your free time, but there has been a lot of crossover between the two worlds. Countless popular board games have been turned into video games and vice versa, and right now, you may getCyberpunk 2077’s official offering to the board game world for less (thanks,GameSpot). Gangs Of Night City is on sale atAmazon, only a month after it was released.
Gangs Of Night City pulls the bustling city in which Cyberpunk takes place out of the game and puts it right on your tabletop. Made for up to four players, each of you takes control of a different Night City gang, each of them bringing their own attributes and characteristics to the table. The varied playstyles ensure no two playthroughs are the same, as do the branching paths and different endings you can experience.

That’s right, just like the video game, Gangs Of Night City has different endings depending on the decisions you make throughout the game. Even though none of the gang members you start with are characters from the video game, there are references to them throughout. People you’ll know if you’ve played Cyberpunk can be recruited to your gang as Edgerunners, each of them able to help you in different ways. It’s also not the type of board game that will take up too much of your time with a playthrough taking roughly two hours.
Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs Of Night City
Gangs Of Night City takes Cyberpunk 2077 from your screen and puts it on your tabletop. Choose from one of four gangs and compete against others to become the criminal kingpins of Night City.
The Cyberpunk board game is usually $109.99, but it’s currently available for just $87.99 at Amazon through the link above. The cheapest the game has been since it was released. If you want to expand your Cyberpunk board game experience even further, Gangs Of Night City already has its first expansion. Families And Outcasts adds The Badlands to the game along with two more gangs. It’s not on sale like the base game though but can befound for a little less than $50 at Amazon.
Since the video game version of Cyberpunk is now complete, the board game version is one of the only ways you’ll have to experience Night City in an entirely different way for quite a while.CD Projekt Redhas already confirmedthere will be a Cyberpunk sequel, but with severalWitcherprojects still to come before that, a new Cyberpunk game is almost certainly still a very long way off.
