For those trying to explorePalia’sTemple of the Roots, the Keeper of the Flames quest is the last step you must take before being granted entrance. As a part of the version 0.178 patch, the Temple of the Roots is an enticing area that remains locked away from players until several interlocking quests are completed, the final one being Keeper of the Flames.
Technically speaking, the Keeper of the Flames refers to only one of three total Keepers you must find to unlock the temple, but as long as you know how to find one of them, finding the rest will be easy. Let’s dive into the details.
How To Complete The Keeper Of The Flames Quest
This quest follows"Eye of the Storm"and will only become available after completion.
How To Find The Quest
The quest begins with Einar giving you the objective toask around the village for information on the Overseer stations. Go straight toSifuu, who was previously in the Temple of the Flames. She will inform you of alocation of interest that will be marked on your map.
The area you need to go to will befound in acircular structure west of Coral Shores and north of Lighthouse Lagoon.
Travel to the structure and there will be amysterious tunnel near some debris that you can enter. You will then be in the Pyroflow Overseer station.
How To Complete The Quest
Once inside, you will notice amysterious devicein the center of the room that is locked by a passcode. The device will give you the hint “Dog’s friend”, andthe answer to this will be CATO. Once you type that in, you willenter the MENU and select GARDEN LOCKDOWN PROTOCOL.
Click DISENGAGEand you will have completed the quest, gaining areward of ten renown.
