Grinding the resources required to craft new ships, weapons, or other items can be one of the most time-consuming tasks inSkull And Bonesbecause of the time you have to spend to get to the area with the resources for the first time.

Thankfully, you can use the fast travel mechanic if you have to get the same resource again. Cobalt is one of the most important resources during the mid-game since a ton of ships, weapons, and tools require this item. Thankfully, they’re not quite as hard to farm if you know the correct methods.

Where To Get Cobalt Ingots

Cobalt is an uncommon resource according to the codex in Skull And Bones, but its abundance at the correct place suggests something else. You can find this item in thenorthwest area of the map occupied by the Ungwana territory. However, you won’t be able to get it just by entering the territory since you essentially have to follow a specific path.

If you keep going directly northwest from Sainte-Anne, you’ll eventually uncover a settlement and a Lumberyard both called Harufu. You’ll be able to see a river from the middle of them leading inland. Following this river to the left side of the map is the best route you can take to farm Cobaltsince it has a ton of ore deposits and ships carrying it.

If you follow this path, you will also encounter theWawuvi Foundry, which specializes in making Cobalt Ingotsand contains a ton of them.

Now that you know the general location for the item, here are the ways you can acquire it:

Keep in mind that all Ungwana towers and ships willstart attacking you if you attack them first. Their hostility can be hard to lose since the entire river is covered with their bases and you might not be able to lose their line of sight quickly.
