There have always been plenty to keep your protagonist busy during their free time in Persona games, andPersona 3 Reloadlaunches with several trophies and achievements to keep you extra busy throughout the 100-plus hours you’ll likely spend with your new friends on Port Island in P3R.
With more than four dozen trophies and achievements covering staple P3R moments like maxing a social link, creating Ultimate Persona fusions, hitting certain story beats, or executing some of the more excruciating enemies in Tartarus, you’ve definitely got your work cut out for you if you’re trying to 100 percent Persona 3 Reload.
Updated on Jul 28, 2025:Now that Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis -The Answer- has added a few more achievements to the list, we’re back to add them to our list of trophies in Persona 3 Reload as well.
By nature of achievement/trophy descriptions, this guide contains spoilers for the whole of Persona 3 Reload.

As you continue spending time with her as part ofElizabeth’s requests, she’ll eventually ask to be brought to your room. Agree to the visit and watch the scene.
Top of the Class
Aced an exam.
Not only do you need to manuallyanswer questions correcton theexams you’ll have inMay, July, October, and December, but you’ll also need to raise your Academics stat, as the final day of exams calculates a score for you based off how high your Academics is. To earn top in the class, you’ll need to have a high Academics scoreandanswer all questions correctly. This triggers the first time you ace an exam, but perfecting your tests can be done any time you have an exam.
A Legacy of Friendships
Maxed outall Social Links.
Before the final day you have control of your protagonist,reach Rank 10 (Max) with every single social link.
People Person
Unlocked all Social Links.
Notably easier than the achievement before this, People Person simply requires that youbegin each social linkand trigger the arcana speech from Elizabeth about them.
That Special Someone
Nurtured a romance.
Your protagonist can date his female social links by making specific dialogue decisions after raising their Social Link to a set level. To unlock this,enter a romance with any of your female social links.
Unbreakable Link
Maxed out one social link.
Reach Rank 10 (Max) with any of your social linksfor the first time.
The Power of Choice
Obtain 10 Personas during Shuffle Time.
After some battles in Tartarus, you’lltrigger Shuffle Time, which allows you to choose from a selection of prizes. Some of these will be new Personas for your stock, sochoose the Persona cards ten timeswith ten unique Personas to unlock this achievement.(Ending a battle with an All-Out Attack guarantees a Shuffle Time victory.)
There’s No “I” in “Team”
Performed a shift.
Afterexploiting an enemy’s weaknessin battle, you’re able togive your One More action to a teammate, which allows you to string together some powerful battle combos. This trophy triggers the first time you shift.
The Strength of Our Hearts.
Usedall teammate’s Theurgy skills.
Theurgyis a new mechanic in P3R that gives each party member a special attack, which much be charged in different ways according to their personalities. This unlocks after you’veseen every character’s Theurgy attack at least once, including those of their evolved Personas.
Extracurricular Excellence
Rescueda Missing Person.
Beginning on 6/18,civiliansincapable of summoning Personas willgo missing within the Dark Hour, and you’ll need tolocate them in Tartarus. You’ll receive a range of floors they may be on, and then it’s up to you to head into Tartarus to rescue them and bring them back to the entrance. The following day, they’llsend a reward toOfficer Kurosawato give to you. This trophy unlocks the first time you rescue one of the Missing.
Get a Load of Those Numbers!
Dealt 999 damage in a single attack.
Since All-Out attacks don’t count here, you’ll need to be a pretty high level and be fighting with buffs, but any character in your party needs todeal 999 damage in a single attack.
Shrouded Assassin
Initiated 50 Chance Encounters.
Sneak up on 50 Shadows in Tartarus andhit them from behindbefore they notice you.
The Thrill of the Hunt
Defeated a rare, golden enemy.
Treasure Handsspawn occasionally throughout Tartarus and typically have only one weakness, offering you very few turns to down it before it runs away. For this achievement, you’ll need tocatch and defeat and least one Treasure Hand.
Making the Dream Work
Performed 50 All-Out Attacks.
Throughout the course of the game, you’ll trigger plenty of All-Out Attacks in battle afterdowning every enemyon the battlefield, This trophy pops up aftercompleting the 50 attacks.
Glimpse of the Depths
Discovered and conquered 10Monad Doors.
Beginning in the Yabbashah block of Tartarus, you’ll begin encounteringMonad Doors, which contain apowerful Shadowand a collection of rare loot to use atMayodio Antiquesto exchange for weapons, cards, items, and more. You’ll need todefeat ten Shadows inside Monad Doorsthroughout Tartarus.
Briefcase Burglar
Opened 50 treasure chests.
There are three types of chests in Tartarus: regular, Nihil, rare, and Twilight Fragment chests. Between these three types,open 50 total treasure chestsin Tartarus.
Shattered Plumes
Used a total of 50Twilight Fragments.
Obtainable from around town, in Tartarus, or from Elizabeth, you’ll need tospend 50 Twilight Fragmentsin Tartarus. These can be used onTwilight Fragment chestsor theclocksdotted throughout the blocks (and at the entrance) to heal the entire party completely.
The Horror of the Shade
Encountered a Dark Zone in Tartarus.
Starting inthe Tziah block, you’ll occasionally findfloors of Tartarus that are completely dark. Fuuka can’t see you, but neither can the Shadows, and all the relics here contain Twilight Fragments instead of regular loot. This achievement pops the first time you encounter a Dark Zone.
Reaper Reaped
Defeated the Reaper.
You’ll first hear mention of the Reaper from Fuuka, when your team finds a big floor in Tartarus in the Arqa block after she joins the team. From then on,staying on any floor of Tartarus for too long with spawn the Reaper, an extremelyhigh-level, tough-to-beat Shadow, who will chase you down and attempt to kill you until you leave your current floor. Hecanbe defeated, but given his strength, we’d advise not engaging in the fight until your party is much, much stronger, lest he one-shot all of you.
The First of Many
Performed aDyad Fusion.
In the Velvet Room,perform a Persona fusion using the Dyad Fusion method, which allows you to choose one Persona from your stock and then a second, based on what the resulting Persona will be.
Fusion Artisan
Performed a fusion with three or more Personas.
The Special Fusions in Persona 3 Reloaduse at least three Personas in the recipe. The lowest-level Special Fusion is at Level 15, so raise your protagonist’s skill to at least Lv. 15, create all three ingredient Personas, and thenfuse them all into one Special Personato trigger this trophy.
Birthday Present
Obtained an item from a Persona Conception.
When a Persona has apink heart gemon their info page in your menu, they’lldrop an item once they reach a certain level. You’ll get this trophy the first time youraise that Persona to a high enough levelthat they drop the item for you.
Path to Salvation.
Fused Messiah.
Messiah is the Ultimate Persona of the Judgement arcana, which begins after you’ve maxed the Fool arcana with SEES. Messiah cannot be fused until you’vereached the final floor of Tartarus.
Tempting Fate
Triggered a skill change during fusion.
When creating new Personas in the Velvet Room, Igor will occasionally point out thatone of your new Persona’s skills is on the verge of changing. Allowing the change permanently switches the move in question out for another move, and it cannot be changed without the use of Skill Cards. To trigger this achievement,accept at least one skill changewhile you’re fusing new Personas.
Eat Your Veggies, Peas!
Harvested a cropthat you grew with a teammate.
Beginning on 6/16after Fuuka moves into the dorms, you’ll be able to spend your evening time slot doingassorted actionsat the dorms with your teammates in exchange for different perks. One of the options is gardening, and which teammate you garden with changes your crop yield in some way. For this achievement, you’ll need toplant crops with someone and harvest them at a later date.
The Grindset Mindset
Earned ¥50,000 frompart-time jobs.
Your protagonist canspend the evenings or days off from school workingat various places around town. You’ll need togo to work several timesto earn ¥50,000 yen between all three jobs, andeach job pays differently, so keep heading in for your shifts and you’ll trigger this achievement.
Peak Performance
Maxed out all Social Stats.
Before the end of the game, reach Level 6 in all three of your Social Stats.
Dorm Life
Spent an evening in the dorm with a teammate.
Beginning on 6/16, you’ll unlock a variety of ways to spend time with your teammates at Iwatodai Dorm at night, be that throughgardening, cooking together, or watching a DVD. Teammates available to spend time with you will have asmiley face above their headswhen you see them in the dorms at night. Choose any of these activities and teammates, and spend an evening trying out one of the new features of the dorm.
Gourmand
Ordered from a secret menu at the Iwatodai Strip Mall at night.
Several of therestaurants at Iwatodai Strip Malloffersecret menus on certain nights, but they’re locked behindSocial Stat checks. You can get aSeafood Full Meal from Wakatsuafter reachingLevel 3 Charm, or aHagakure Special from HagakurewithLevel 3 Courage. Do this one time at either restaurant, and you’ll trigger the trophy.
Benevolent Purr-tector
Nursed a cat back to full health.
There’s aWeak Catat theStation OutskirtsatIwatodai Station, where the punks hang out in the back area. Buy somecat food from Aohige Pharmacyand feed the cat on several subsequent days to help it regain its strength, then report back to Elizabeth.
In High Demand
Accepted an invitation to hang out five times.
Ondays you don’t have school, you’ll receivetext invitationsto spend some time together with a few of your social links. You won’t level up through these scenes, but accepting hangout invites is a great way to bridge the gap between rankings in a social link if you don’t have enough to rank up through normal means quite yet.Accept any five of the invitationsyou receive throughout the game to get this achievement.
Beyond the Darkness
Unlocked access to the remaining Major Arcana.
In agreeing to take on the final challenge of the game, your Fool social link will max out, and the Judgement social link begins in its place as the name of your dungeon-crawling team changes in the New Year. Provided you play through to the end of the game and agree to the challenges set forth on New Years Eve, this trophy can’t be missed.
Through Thick and Thin
Unlocked a teammate’s Combat Characteristic.
Byspending several nights doing the same activity with someoneat the dorm - either reading, watching DVDs, gardening, or cooking - they’ll learn a new combat characteristic thatadds a new battle perkfrom then on when you use them in battle, which will be somewhat related to their Theurgy charging methods.Unlock any character’s combat characteristicafter spending a few evenings with them.
Eagle Eye
Acquired every Twilight Fragment in town.
One of the ways you’ll obtain Twilight Fragments is by findingglowing blue dots lying aroundvarious places in town.Collect each oneto trigger this trophy.
Unlike previous versions of the game, you’ll no longer need to do two separate playthroughs to 100 percent the game. That said, there are a handful of trophies that are easier to get in NG+.
Episode Aigis -The Answer- Achievements
Launching on June 13, 2025 to add roughly 30 more hours to the game, Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis -The Answer- addseight new achievementsto your list, bringing the number of achievements in Persona 3 Reload up to57 total trophiesfor both the base game and the DLC achievements below.
Realized Power
Awaken to the power of the Wild Card.
As soon as Aigis enters the Velvet Room for the first time, this achievement will unlock.
The Vengeful One
Witness Amada’s past.
Finish the content inside the door labeled Cocytus to trigger a cutscene from Ken’s past, talking to the police about his mom’s death.
The Determined One
Witness Sanada’s past.
Finish the content inside the door labeled Caina to trigger a cutscene from Akihiko’s past, meeting Mitsuru for the first time.
The Disillusioned One
Witness Junpei’s past.
Finish the content inside the door labeled Antenora to trigger a cutscene from Junpei’s past, turning down an invite to go drink.
The Selfless One
Witness Mitsuru’s past.
Finish the content inside the door labeled Ptolomea to trigger a cutscene from Mitsuru’s past, entering Tartarus for the first time.
The Steadfast One
Witness Yukari’s past.
Finish the content inside the door labeled Judecca to trigger a cutscene from Yukari’s past.
The One Who Dreamt
Witness Aigis' past.
Finish the content inside the door labeled Empyrean to trigger a cutscene from Aigis' past.

Complete the final battle in Episode Aigis -The Answer- and finish the DLC content.
The majority of these trophies are added for simply playing through the DLC, and are therefore impossible to miss, but it’s a good time to potentially mop up some leftover achievements from your base game playthrough!
