Summary
Pokemon’sSquishmallowsfamily officially grew by two at the end of 2023when Clefairy and Teddiursa’s plushes joined the collection. Until now, only the 12-inch versions of the new Squishmallows have been available exclusively through the Pokemon Center. Pre-orders for additional sizes have started to appear on other storefronts now though, including the biggest size of Pokemon Squishmallow.
Labeled jumbo Squishmallows, Clefairy and Teddiursa’s 20-inch versions are now available to pre-order at GameStop through the links in the boxes below. The Squishmallows are $44.99 each, or you can save a couple of bucks if you’re a Pro member. Pretty pricey for a soft toy, sure, but it’s worth noting how big these jumbo Squishmallows are. You’re betting a lot of plush for that $45 price tag.
This will almost certainly mark the beginning of Clefairy and Teddiursa’s Squishmallows becoming more readily available at other storefronts over the coming days, likely in various sizes too. They don’t appear to be in stock at other major retailers for now, at least not online, but we will be sure to add links to the boxes below once store pages go live.
Clefairy Squishmallow
Clefairy is another Pokemon from the original 151 that has been selected for the series' Squishmallow collection. Soft, pink, and cuddly, it makes a lot of sense that Clefairy would get the nod.
It’s also worth noting that the 12-inch versions of Clefairy and Teddiursa also still appear to bein stock at the Pokemon Center. Hopefully a sign of things to come for the future of Pokemon Squishmallows as the norm before now has been for them to sell out almost immediately. The original four that kicked off the collection are still usually out of stock everywhere. Particularly Togepi and Gengar, althoughthe latter is currently available at Walmart.
Teddiursa Squishmallow
Pokemon’s Squishmallow family has grown via the addition of Teddiursa. The teddy bear Pokemon appears over the moon to have been selected for Squishmallow duty.
Pokemon has been spacing out Squishmallow reveals, Clefairy and Teddiursa being the newest ones which were first revealed back in August. There has been an indication of what will be coming next from Pokemon on the Squishmallow front though, even though there hasn’t been official confirmation yet. A Danish retailer hasadded listings for Dragonite and Marill Squishmallows, suggesting those will be Pokemon nine and ten added to the Squishmallows collection.
