Autocasting is a helpful feature in video games that allows you to have a main skill which constantly fires. With autocast, you can simply approach enemies and focus on the heavy-hitting attacks, rather than worrying about a basic attack. So, can you autocast inLast Epoch?

The answer to this is: kind of. There is no built-in autocasting function, but you may set this up using Num Lock on your keyboard. In this guide, we are going to look at how you can set this up. It’s important to note to do this, you will need to tweak your keybindings for Last Epoch.

How To Set Up Autocast

To set up autocast, you willfirst need to enable your Num Lock.If you aren’t sure what this is, it’s thekey on your keyboard’s number pad that disables its use. When Num Lock is enabled, these numbers cannot be used to type.

With Num Lock enabled, head to the settings of Last Epoch. Within the ‘Gameplay’ menu, you should see’Change Input Keys'.Clicking on this will bring you to the keybinding settings.

Once here, find the skill that you want to autocast. For example, we are going to autocast the Warlock skill Chaos Bolts, which is assigned to the ‘Q’ key. Each skill has two spots for the key to use;click on the second box (in our case, the one next to ‘Q’).

In this box, hold any numberfrom the number pad.Keep this held downandpress the Num Lock button a second time.Once you’ve done this, you canrelease both keys and exit the keybindings menu.
