Dungeons & Dragonsturns 50 this year. Half a century of roleplaying tabletop adventures, and its creators have been teaming up for all sorts of collaborations to mark the occasion. JoiningLegoand Converse in those celebrations this week is BlackMilk. Launching an officially licensed collection featuring elements and designs from throughout D&D history, everything in the collection is live and available to buy right now.
There are a lot of different items in BlackMilk’s D&D collection, with various designs printed on dresses, leggings, jackets, and more. One of the designs, which you’ll find on multiple items in the new BlackMilk creation, is a Monster Manual print. The print pulls examples from D&D’s Monster Manual and puts it ontwo varieties of dress,a boyfriend shirt, andcuffed shorts.
If you’re more interested in something that doesn’t have an all-over print, there are a lot more options pulling from various corners of D&D’s 50-year history. The Count Strahd Von Zarovich robe, for example. My favorite item in the collection as it’s the one that’s best suited for a Dungeon Master when they’re on the job. Turn up to a D&D session wearing a robe with this villainous vampire on the back, there will be no doubt who will be assuming the role of DM for the night ahead.
BlackMilk’s Dungeon Master souvenir jacketwill do a similar job but also doubles as something you may wear in everyday life, unlike the robe, but at $111.31, the jacket is the most expensive item in the D&D collection. There are plenty of options for those of you looking for something a little cheaper, though. The Gelatinous Cube long-sleeve topwhich sports a pattern featuring items and creatures encased in the unforgiving cube is $45.44, anda pair of D&D graffiti high pantscan be yours for just $36.22
As noted above, BlackMilk follows in the footsteps of Lego and Converse as more and more brands team up with Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast for D&D’s 50th anniversary.Lego released its first D&D Lego set, the Red Dragon’s Tale set, this month which is made up of more than 3,700 pieces and features a dragon that can be wrapped around the tower you build along with it. Converse did even more, showcasing a collection dedicated to D&Dand even adding elements from the RPG to Converse By You.
