8Fewer Townies, Better Buildings
This save file is full of stately manors, impeccably staged interiors, and curb appeal to spare. However, to really enjoy this save file, you’ll need to ensure that you have a whopping 72 DLC packs installed. Though the game is certainly playable without them, you’ll miss out on a lot of the details and decorations that the creator has included.

This file may lack originality in the name department, but the abundance of creativity displayed through the neighborhood construction more than makes up for it. In fact, there’s so much going on that the creatoreven included a YouTube video to help you get acclimated.
You’ll appreciate the ability to jump right in and play live mode. You can even skip building your Sim as there are plenty of pre-built options to choose from. The entire mod is in French, but English translations and the visuals of the GUI should make installing and playing this save file a breeze.
1Ultimate Save (NO CC)
At the number one spot on our list is the Ultimate Save (NO CC) by PlumbobKingdom. It’s clear that this save file is only intended for the most hardcore players. In fact, you’ll need a whopping 74 packs or add-ons to fully enjoy the extensive detail included in the save file.
It offers a multitude of pre-decorated homes, travel destinations, and well-developed characters to interact with. Unfortunately, some in-game text is written in Russian, but the game GUI makes it relatively easy to navigate. Thankfully, there’s no custom content utilized, which makes the file freely usable without any mod dependencies.
