Charlie’s special attack, The Gig is Up, is an AOE move that is several parkour moves on the bike that send shockwaves across the field. He also has a special healing effect on your allies in the party, restoring about 150 health points for everyone.

As a fun NPC from an engaging miniature, this man appears with his favorite collection of miniature cars to rundown foes. After you find Memoir #35, which focuses on this guy’s memories, he becomes a part of the roster and costs $100 to bring into the battle.

His attack is called Pocket Surfing, where he takes a miniature car and makes it grow to be a moderately sized cart before riding it like a skateboard onto an enemy for damage. It’s a great little attack that does a decent knockout. While having a spectacular flair behind it.

A fun tourist with a wild love for Japanese culture and samurai swords, Nathan. He comes in as a Poundmate after you complete his questline, “Samurai May We Walk Together?”. Paying $100 is all you’ll need to call him up onto the field.

Jumping in with his two swords, Nathan homes in on one target and slashes them with Path of the Warrior several times, causing tons of damage to that unlucky goon before leaving to continue his championship.

Kazami is a pop star that you meet inthe Rock And Roll substoryin the game. After you complete his story, he joins and attacks with a stormy show. It will cost you $2,000 to bring him into the battle for this awesome performance.

Alongside his manager and set workers, Kazumi puts on a wild show called Temptuous Tempest and dances out a fun performance. As he dances, several tornados appear that end up blowing everyone away in a maelstrom of devastation, including himself.

From one of the most surreally bizarre moments in the entire Yakuza series, Susumu is the boss of a group of baby play ‘thugs’ who are practically out to have a tantrum. You unlock this odd fetishist after completing the Let It Snow substory.

Big Baby Blues is Susumu writhing on the ground like a toddler with his toy taken away. It causes continuous damage to all enemies around him and instills fear in them. It is a very stunning, terrifying spectacle, but it’s effective in demoralizing your enemies to finish them off.

Nancy and Olivia are some of the strangest team-ups in the game. Both are just a lobster and a hermit crab that fight together. They prove to be a fearsome duo that can pack a mighty pinch. These crustaceans become part of the roster after finishing theside story Coming Out of Her Shell.

Pincer Pandemonium has these little nightmares go on a slash fest, decimating any foes in their wake. They then finish off with the last unlucky guy taking a hermit shell rocketing straight into the gut. Of the silly Allies that are unlockable in the game, these two top it in ridiculousness and in damage numbers.

You unlock these hosting bombshells after clearing the memoir Memories of Four Shine. Both Yuki and Koyuki are incredibly enthusiastic hostess girls who bring their whole entourage for their special skill attack. If your opponent was expecting to be invited for nice conversations and beverages, they’re going to be sorely disappointed.

First, Yuki and Koyuki invite three other girls to join in clanging five glasses of beer straight onto the target’s head. After that stunning blow, a heavy anvil drops on their skull, followed by a cigarette burning their face. After a freezing deployment of ice, Yuki and Koyuki finish the poor sucker off with two full bottles of wine swung straight at their backs.

Charging in with a squadron of helicopters, Detective Makoto loads up to take on his targets with an aerial attack. Like so many other Poundmates in the game, hilarity is inevitable. This wacky helicopter attack force is unlocked after you complete Kiryu’s Life Link Episodes and costs a whopping $25,000 per call.

When Makoto tried to fix his shotgun, they started misfiring into the bladed wings of the helicopter. As the helicopter spins through the air out of control, Makoto unleashes a battle cry as his helicopter crashes down right on top of the intended target in a spectacular explosion called the Door Dive.

Asakura and Ichiban Kasuga team up in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

Asakura was modeled and named after the real-life MMA fighter who also voiced him. Practically the same man, many of Asakura’s attacks and skills are based on the real MMA techniques of the athlete himself. He becomes a part of the Poundmates menu after completing his sub-quests and fighting him three times across Hawaii.

His special attack has him perform Urban Hospitality, where he performs several MMA-styled punches and kicks while teamed up with Ichiban Kasuga, finishing off with a double kick special. This Asakura’s special targets and takes out all the enemies you’re currently facing with your party.

Akiyama, fighting with millions of dollars in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

With the power of billions of yen, Akiyama lashes out against adversaries with a millionaire’s equivalent of a Gatling gun. Akiyama’s special skills are unlocked after you complete episode 7 Life Link. This is also another pricey Poundmate to summon, costing $25,000. But money isn’t everything when you have a great Poundmate attack like this.

The Millionaire Strike starts with Akiyama spreading cash throughout the area before generating energy around him and using a series of kicks to launch the money like bullets into foes. After a barrage of cash, Akiyama finishes his attack with a dynamic kick through the air with a spectacular flurry of yen floating around.
