Summary
For a video game that claims to bePokemonwith guns, not every single Pal inPalworldhas access to a firearm. There are, however, quite a few that are capable of going full auto, or even to explode your enemies away with rocket launchers.
To get these Pals to fire away, you will need to find their skills in the technology tree, build the required upgrade, and that’s it! If you’re looking for a full list of Pals that can join you in your carefully planned assaults, look no further, and be prepared for the many explosions that will soon clutter your screen.
7Tanzee
Firing Wildly At Your Enemies
Tanzee is a Pal that you can get fairly early on, and he’s great for cutting down trees and transporting materials. In a fight, he’san average Grass Palthat will do its best to defend you, but if you invest in its Active Skill, Tanzee will start firing an assault rifle at nearby enemies, with a below than average aim.
While certainly amusing, this skill can’t be considered anything else beyond a joke. For small enemies, most of the bullets will miss, or even agro passive Pals, making a simple fight far harder. If you’re determined to use it, it works best against bigger Pals, since they will get hit by most of Tanzee’s bullets.
6Pengullet
An Explosive Finish
Pengullet’s Active Skill is a great wayto get a rocket launcherat the early stages of the game, dealing a decent amount of damage at a wide range. The only problem is that, since Pengullet is the ammo for the launcher, it gets incapacitated on impact.
There are other Pals that can be equipped as weapons, like Foxparks and Jolthog, but since they don’t revolve around a firearm, they aren’t on this list.
While having a rocket launcher in the early game is tempting, the drawbacks can be too much to consider. Not only are you killing your own Pals for a single attack, you’re also wasting a spot in your active party, since Pengullet will stay taking up a spot until you take it to your Base for healing.
5Lifmunk
Synchronized Fire
Lifmunk is similar to Tanzee in many respects, since they both perform the same tasks at base, and both their Active Skills are about shooting enemies. Yet while Tanzee fires wildly, Lifmunk jumps on top of your head, equips a submachine gun, and only fires when you attack.
This has some use in the early game, since you won’t have access to real guns until much further into theTechnology Tree. What’s more, you can have Lifmunk fire away by attacking with a melee weapon, meaning you can save bullets while Lifmunk uses its own.
4Grizzbolt
Shredding Your Enemies With Bullets
Grizzbolt has to be one of the most famous Pals in Palworld, not only due to his constant use in promotional images, but because he’s likely to bethe first boss you facein the Tower battles. Grizzbolt is also one of many combat mounts, meaning that you can ride him to battle while manually using its many powerful abilities.
Among those abilities, is one exclusive for when you’re riding it. This skill, called Yellow Tank, makes Grizzbolt wield a minigun, letting you mow down any enemy standing in your path. This is perfect for small groups of enemies or large ones that eat up all the bullets.
3Mossanda
Hover And Fire
Mossanda, much like Grizzbolt, can be used as a combat mount, but instead of a minigun, Mossanda gains a pair of rocket launchers. you’re able to fire a series of rockets at ease, which bounce and stun enemies for you to combo with any follow-up attacks.
The Mossanda Lux variant has the same Active Skill.
A quality of Mossanda that can be combined with its rocket launchers is how it hovers when it jumps. This makes jumping and firing rockets the best strategy when facing any enemy on top of Mossanda, but be careful; any launch attacks can send Mossanda flying too high, making this Pal highly susceptible to falling damage.
2Relaxaurus
Carpet Bombing The Competition
Relaxaurus’s Active Skill is a great way to start any combat scenario. When you mount this massive Pal, you gain the ability to fire missiles in quick succession, so quick in fact that, if you keep the fire button pressed, the entire missile chamber is fired at a single point.
The Relaxaurus Lux variant has the same Active Skill.
In certain combat scenarios, particularly when dealing in close quarters, other Pals like Grizzbolt or Mossanda might be more useful, but midrange onwards is where Relaxaurus shines. What’s more, you can quickly empty all the missiles onto your enemies, then swap to a different Pal to continue the fight.
1Jetragon
The Only Pal You Need
Jetragon combines many of the useful qualities of other Pals, and gives them all in a single package. While riding this Pal, you’re able to use a missile launcher much like with Relaxaurus, with the added bonus of being airborne, making aiming a simple matter.
Since it flies, it ends up being the best of both the combat and flying mounts, freeing up space in your party for other types of Pals. The only downside to this legendary Pal ishow late you can obtain it, but the effort is well worth it, since there’s no other Pals as strong as this one.
