Disney and Mickey Mouse go together like, well, Mickey and his friends. So, it’s only natural that all of them center in a handful ofLorcanacards. Every set has had at least a few new additions to the Mickey and Friends series. Even with Items, Actions, and Songs aside, the character cards can help bolster decks of any color combination.
With some of these cards being incredibly strong, it can be hard to know which ones are the strongest or most useful. Does the Mouse reign supreme? Or will he give the top spot away to one of his best pals?

This list ranks Mickey Mouse and Friends cards from all launched sets in Lorcana based on their power and their utility.
10Daisy Duck, Secret Agent
I Spy, With My Cartoon Character Eyes
Daisy Duck dawns a beautiful black outfit in this Emerald card. Her strength and willpower aren’t really anything to brag about for this cost four card, but it’s both her lore and ability that make her a good card.
Thwart can really start to cause chaos for your opponent, or opponents ifyou are playing a multiplayer match. Every time she quests, everyone you’re playing against has to choose and discard a card. This can be powerful if timed right, or if she’s protected. If your opponent has a small hand of cards, chances are they’ll be getting rid of something they need to play to get ahead of you.

9Donald Duck, Perfect Gentleman
Flowers, Chocolates, And Card Draw?
This Donald can be played regularly for four ink, but can be shifted onto another for three ink. Though for a shift character, there are only two Donalds that cost less than this one, giving you less value if you do decide to shift him. But that con isn’t enough to keep a good Duck down.
His willpower of five gives him some survivability and Allow Me allows you to draw a card at the start of your turn. And everyone else can too. Although it can give your opponent additional cards,if they are playing with an Amethyst setthat is emptying out their deck, you can potentially cost them the game by making them draw even more. Plus, the card draw can work in your favor by giving you what you need.

8Minnie Mouse, Musical Artist
Hands Off This Mouse!
This variation of Minnie is a low-cost singer. She can get onto the field for only two ink but can sing Songs that cost three or less. She also has a willpower of three which is helpful for keeping her alive early on in the match.
However, it’s Entourage that can start to set up a powerful board. Anytime you play a Bodyguard card, you can heal two damage from any card you choose. This would work so well in an Amber and Steel deck, both of them giving you a number of Bodyguard options. Pair her with some of the other singers too and you’ll be playing a lot of Songs for free while keeping the singers protected.

7Donald Duck, Not Again
Incoherant Duck Noises
This Ruby version of Donald has Evasive, making it so that he can only be challenged by other Evasive characters. But his strengths don’t end there. His high willpower makes it so that very few characters can take him out in a single hit. And they’re going to want to.
Phooey! That’s the name of his ability. It gives Donald +1 lore for every point of damage he has on him. So if someone isn’t able to banish Donald outright, you’re able to quest for as much as five lore with him.

6Pluto, Friendly Pooch
Early Game’s Best Friend
Pluto costs only one ink to play, which means you can get him onto the field on your very first turn. But turn two is where it gets interesting because Pluto’s ability, Good Dog, can give you a huge advantage over your opponent.
Instead of questing, you can exert Pluto and pay one less ink for the next character you play. That means you can get a cost three card out on only your second turn, and so on for every turn after that. If you play him turn one, he may not be around for long, but he’ll give you a much-needed helping hand.

5Mickey Mouse, Artful Rogue
It’s All About Misdirection
This particular Mickey costs a lot to play. A big ‘ol seven. But thankfully, he can be shifted for a cost of five. Unlike Donald, who doesn’t get much value from shifting, this Mickey has a lot of options to choose from.
He has a good strength, at six, and a decent willpower, at five. But when you play an Action, you can choose any opposing character and make it so they can’t quest during their next turn. Being an Emerald card, he’s already part of a deck that really makes playing, and replaying, Actions easy. Pair him with Ursula, Deciever of All or Lady Tremaine, Wicked Stepmother, and you have a chance to impact a lot of your opponent’s characters.

4Mickey Mouse, Trumpeter
Play Me A Song, Mr. Trumpet Man
This card is one ofthe strongest Steel cards in Into The Inklands. Though he has fallen a bit short of some players’ expectations, his ability is game-changing, to say the least. And it has to be with his abysmal stats. Zero strength and one willpower? No, thank you.
But if you exert this character and pay two ink, you may play any character you have in your hand, no matter how much they normally cost. So, if you can keep this Mouse safe, you can start playing some high-level cards way before your opponent can handle them.

3Mickey Mouse, Brave Little Tailor
Move Over Brave Little Toaster
This card’s cost might be deceiving. Especially when you see that this Mickey has a five in strength and willpower. But his Evasive feature means that, like Donald Duck, Not Again, very few characters can take this card out in one hit.
And if they can’t, that means you can be questing for four lore every turn he survives. And there are a lot of options to keep him alive for a while. Characters and Locations can give him Ward, and if you pair Ruby with a Steel or Amber deck, you can have Bodyguards taking hits for him.

2Mickey Mouse, Friendly Face
Yes, It’s Another Mickey Mouse Card
This Mickey is part of the Amber family and costs six to play. He’s not really the card you want when it comes to a challenge, but they can most likely survive a turn thanks to his six willpower. But, like with many of the best cards, it’s all about his ability.
Glad You’re Here! makes it so whenever you quest, you’ll also pay three ink less for the next character you play. That’s a massive advantage. Not only will you gain three lore, but you can start bringing out the late game characters that can begin to close out your match.

1Pluto, Determined Defender
As Mickey Would Say, Hot Dog!
Pluto, aside from being the bestest, goodest dog who deserves all the love, rockets to the top of the list because of his many good qualities. He can be shifted into play for just five ink, which is easily done thanks to Pluto, Friendly Pooch. He also has an immaculate willpower of eight. Plus, he has the Bodyguard feature, allowing him to protect your other characters.
If your opponent fails to take him out, he removes damage from himself at the start of your turn, too. Three damage to be exact. And, because he’s a Bodyguard, you’ll want him exerted often, so you may have him quest for two lore every round he survives. There’s really nothing negative to say about this card.
