There are lots of weapons to pick from inGenshin Impact.You’ll find that some weapons are better for certain kinds of characters than others. Part of the challenge is finding the right weapon that will make your characters as best as they can be. When it comes to weapons for Catalyst DPS and sub-DPS characters, Kagura’s Verity is a very strong choice.
Kagura’s Verity is a 5-star Catalyst weapon, so it can be a bit difficult to obtain. It’s also Yae Miko’s signature weapon. If you have Kagura’s Verity but not Yae Miko, it still works great for characters with similar skill sets.

How To Get Kagura’s Verity
Kagura’s Verity can be obtained by pulling on theEpitome Invocation banner(the weapon banner), whileYae Miko is featuredon the character banner.
Using Kagura’s Verity With Yae Miko
Kagura’s Verity is Yae Miko’s signature weapon, so it is built for her and her abilities.
Yae Miko is a fantastic off-field DPS. Her ability,Yakan Evocation: Sesshou Sakura, creates up tothree statuescalled Sesshou Sakura thtdeal Electro damage to nearby opponents.This ability has three charges.
With Kagura’s Verity,Sesshou Sakura’s damage is automatically increased by 12 to 36 percent,in addition to some very high crit damage.
If you need to keep Yae Miko on the field, that’s no problem. Yakan Evocation: Sesshou Sakura naturally enables her to reach three stacks on her weapon immediately, whichincreases all her other attacks by 12 percent.
Activating her other ability, Great Secret Art: Tenko Kenshin, will cause the Sesshou Sakura to release Electro damage and she will also strike opponents with Electro. With three stacks on her weapon active, she can deal even more damage.
Using Kagura’s Verity With Neuvillette
Neuvillette’s strongest ability is his charged attacks. His other abilities also deal damage, but Kagura’s Verity’s main job here will be tocreate Sourcewater Droplets.
Neuvillette’s charged attacks consume Sourcewater Droplets,which together increase his charged attack damage and help him create charged attacks faster. His move,O Tides I Have Returned,will create six sourcewater droplets, which allow him todo two charged attacks in a row.
Of course, that ability takes a little bit longer to recharge, so you may be using his Elemental Skill (E Skill),O Tears I Shall Repay, more often. That’s where Kagura’s Verity comes in tohelp him regain Sourcewater Droplets and power his charged attacks.
The more youuse Neuvilette’s Elemental Skill(E Skill), themore attack he will gain for his charged attacks,both from the skill and this weapon. The Crit Damage bonus is also very helpful, allowing him to deal high amounts of damage repeatedly.
Wanderer
Wanderer’s main ability is his Elemental Skill (E Skill),Hanega: Song of the Wind. This ability allows him to enter into hisWindfavoured State,which allows him tofly through the airand makes hisbasic attacks more powerful.
Kagura’s Verity allows him to do what he already needs to: attack. He needs to enter Windfavoured State to make the most of his damage, soKagura’s Verity allows him to increase his damageevery time he uses it. The Crit Damage, on top of that, is also extremely useful.
Wanderer’s damage output with Kagura’s Verity builds a little bit slow, so if you want a weapon that can give him more damage instantly, try Lost Prayer to the Sacred Wind, the Widsith, or Solar Pearl.

Using Kagura’s Vreity With Charlotte
If Charlotte is your sub-DPS, Kagura’s Verity is one of the best weapons for her.
Charlotte’s Elemental Skill (E Skill),Framing: Freezing Point Coposition,is pretty simple: itdeals Cryo damage.If you hold it, it will deal Cryo damage to a few more enemies.
Framing: Freezing Point Composition is a big part of her damage rotation,providing her increased damage every time she uses it(up to three). If you hold this ability, you will be able to hurt more enemies.
If you’re building Charlotte to be a healer, Kagura’s Verity won’t give her many of the bonuses she needs. Try another weapon like Favonious Codex or Flowing Purity.
Using Kagura’s Verity With Yanfei
Yanfei’s abilities rely on herScarlet Seals. You can gain Scarlet Seals byhitting an enemy with her normal attack(one Scarlet Seal) or by using herElemental Skill (E Skill) or Elemental Burst (Q Skill)on an enemy (three Scarlet Seals).
Scarlet Sealshelp keep Yanfei from losing stamina and increase her charge attack damage.
Scarlet Seals help Yanfei do more charged attacks, which will be your main source of damage.
Kagura’s Veritygives her Elemental Skill (E Skill) an additional boost, which she will need when she uses it to regain her Scarlet Seals. It also helps give hera bit more versatilityby making her Elemental Skill (E Skill) more powerful.
Using Kagura’s Verity With Lisa
Kagura’s Verity is one of thebest weapons for Lisa.
Lisa’s Elemental Skill (E Skill),Violet Arc, makes her attacks more powerful the number of times she uses it(up to three times).
This compliments Kagura’s Verity fantastically because both Violet Arc and her weapon work towards making the skill more powerful based on the number of times she uses it.
Equipping her with Kagura’s Verity gives Lisa the potential to slam enemies with an incredible amount of damage.
