Summary

It’s no secret that paying six Energy for ten Power is a bad deal inMarvel Snap. Fortunately, She-Hulk can be played for much, much cheaper than that. In the right circumstances, she might not cost you anything at all, and getting ten Power for free is obviously exceptional.

However, getting She-Hulk to reach those heights requires you to build your deck in an extremely specific way. As a result, you’ll need to choose your cards carefully if you want to win games. Let’s look at which cards fit best around the combination of brains and brawn that is Jennifer Walters.

The Infinaut Marvel Snap

8The Infinaut

If You Played A Card Last Turn, You Can’t Play This.

The Infinaut is often a card you want to cheat out, thanks to its extremely penalizing restriction. In most decks, not playing anything for an entire round (usually Round 5) is a massive drawback.

However, the presence of She-Hulk and many of the other cards on this list can turn it into an advantage. Skipping a round allows you to take advantage of all their effects, and if you are running Majik, you’ll be able to skip Round 6 and play both The Infinaut and a free She-Hulk in Round 7.

Leech Marvel Snap

7Leech

At The Start Of Turn 6, Remove All Abilities From Cards In Your Opponent’s Hand.

She-Hulk decks tend to be extremely stat-focused, winning games by playing a bunch of big cards in later rounds. Leech helps verify that will be enough to get the job done, even against decks that would normally be able to outpace you.

He gets rid of cards that use abilities to “cheat” and end up with way bigger stats than you were expecting, like Knull or a late Iron Man. And in a battle based purely on base stats, a She-Hulk deck is usually going to win.

Caiera Marvel Snap

6Caiera

Ongoing: Your 1 And 6-Cost Cards Can’t Be Destroyed.

Like Cosmo and Armor, which appear later on this list,Caierais a potent defensive tool. She can protect both your big cards, like The Infinaut and She-Hulk herself, and your cheaper supporting cards.

That said, unlike in something like a Thanos or Kazar deck, She-Hulk lists will usually only have a couple of one-cost cards you’re trying to keep alive. Additionally, while Caiera will protect your cards no matter where they are, she doesn’t affect your opponent’s game plan in the same way Cosmo or Armor do.

Cosmo Marvel Snap

5Cosmo

Ongoing: On Reveal Abilities Won’t Happen Here.

Cosmo’s effect can be both a benefit and a hindrance, depending on how exactly your deck is set up. Fortunately, a lot of the most important effects in She-Hulk decks are either Ongoing or (like She-Hulk herself) trigger while in your hand.

As a result, Cosmo can protect your minions from cards like Shang-Chi while also keeping your opponent from playing a powerful On-Reveal card like Blob at a specific location. If you have priority, you may even cause them to waste those cards by playing Cosmo at the right time.

Armor Marvel Snap

4Armor

Ongoing: Cards Here Can’t Be Destroyed.

As has already been mentioned on this list, She-Hulk’s ten Power puts her at risk of being destroyed by the meta menace, Shang-Chi. There are a few different ways to protect her from him, two of which appeared as earlier entries, but Armor has a few advantages over them.

First is its low Energy cost, which is helpful in a deck that doesn’t actually want to use its Energy efficiently. Armor can also shut out another common opponent,Destroy decks, by stopping them from killing their own cards.

Majik Marvel Snap

3Magik

On Reveal: Replace This Location With ‘Limbo’. Doesn’t Work After Turn 5.

The Limbo Location adds a seventh round to your game, which is advantageous for decks that want to play multiple big, high-cost cards, but is particularly useful for decks running She-Hulk. The general play pattern is fairly simple: you skip Round 6, then play She-Hulk for free alongside another big minion in Round 7.

Without Majik’s effect, the cheapest She-Hulk can normally get is one Energy. And while that’s powerful in its own right, the ability to play She-Hulk alongside a six-cost card for a sudden, unexpected burst of strength is even better.

Sunspot Marvel Snap

2Sunspot

After Each Turn, Gain +1 Power For Each Unspent Energy.

The synergy between Sunspot and She-Hulk is great, as both cards benefit fromnotspending Energy. In She-Hulk’s case, you leave Energy unspent for a big bonus later, while Sunspot does the opposite; you play a weak card that becomes stronger the more Energy you “waste.”

Putting both cards in your deck means all that Energy you’re leaving on the table benefits your current position and your future plays. In decks built around him, Sunspot can grow to reach a considerable size, threatening to win locations by himself if left unchecked.

High Evolutionary Hearthstone Card

1High Evolutionary (And Friends)

At The Start Of The Game, Unlock The Potential of your cards with no abilities.

In the current meta, She-Hulk is almost always paired withHigh Evolutionary and the cards he buffs. Evolved Misty Knight, Cyclops, and Hulk all want you to leave Energy unused to get a variety of beneficial effects.

And while the main thrust of the deck revolves around using those Evolved cards, She-Hulk gives it a much-needed burst. High Evolutionary decks are great for reducing the Power of your opponent’s cards, and can slam down some significant Power of their own with Hulk, but the extra ten from She-Hulk can really help push it over the edge.
