Unicorn Overlordhas a huge selection of characters for players to add to their Units. Each character has its own strengths and weaknesses and serves different purposes. One of the earliest characters you may recruit to your army is the Priestess Scarlett. Scarlett is primarily a healer and support character and an excellent one at that.
By building her properly, you can expect to have a powerhouse of a support character in your Unit. Scarlett specialises in healing, providing buffs for her allies, and debuffing enemies. To help facilitate this, here are the best equipment, staves, accessories, and skills, as well as what you will get if you promote her.
How To Recruit Scarlett
You can recruit Scarlett bysaving herduring the quest Priestess, Abducted.
If you don’t rescue her, she will become your enemy. We highly suggest rescuing her because this will lead to Unicorn Overlord’s Bad Ending. If you want to get to the good ending,saving Scarlett is mandatory.
You will have access to Scarlett during Unicorn Overlord’s tutorial, but she will be kidnapped not long after. Once you rescue her, you will be able to add her to Units once again.
Scarlett’s Strengths
Scarlett is primarily asupport character,providing healing and magical buffsto the rest of her Unit. As a Priestess, she also has some Skills that inflict enemies withdebuffs.
As most support characters are, Scarlett isn’t very good at taking down enemies on her own. Because of this, you should make sure she has some goodtanks and DPS characters for her to support.
The rest of her unit should keep her from taking the brunt of the damage, and she will help them stay alive and do what they do best.

Best Equipment For Scarlett
Scarlett’s Equipment should hel her support the other characters in her Unit. Her best Equipment will focus onincreasing her PP,but if you want to do something a bit different with her, there are also some great options thatincrease her Initiative and give her some new Passive Skills.
By Promoting Scarlett, she will be able to hold more Equipment.
Description
Lifeblood Staff
This staff has 13 Magick Attack andincreases her HP by 10.
A decent choice for Scarlett if she is in a Unit that doesn’t have a decent defensive character.
Lyrical Wand
This is one of her best options. Itincreases her AP by oneand has 13 Magick Attack.
Chiropteran Staff
If you need Scarlett to act fast and buff her allies before the enemies can take her down, this is a great choice because itincreases her Evasion by five and her Initiative by three.
This is especially useful if she is on a team with less defensive capabilities, but the DPS character(s) act as a glass canon.
Hallowed Mace
Perfect if you Scarlett to focus onhealing.This staff has theReheal Passive Skill and heals her ten percent of her HPwhen she uses her Active Skill.
Cleric’s Cane
If a moredefensiveScarlett is what you need, give her the Cleric’s Cane. It gives herplus one PP,which is extremely useful for her, and gives her thePassive Skill Protection.
IncreasesInitiative by six, HP by 10,and grants theDynamic GlidePassive Skill.
Holy Broach
Heals 20 percent of Scarlett’s HP when she uses her Active Skill.
Scarlett will receive the following upgrades when you Promote her:

As with all characters, you must first reach Renown Rank B to unlock Promotions.
