You’ll need some raw meat, a camping fire, and the will to ingest whatever you can cook on an open flame. Depending on what you cook with give you and your pawns a buff. Here’s what you need to know about cooking meals.

How And Where To Cook Meals

As you travel around the wide world of Dragon’s Dogma 2, you’ll come across campfires that you can rest at. It doesn’t matter whether it is day or night, you can still camp. You’ll notice a pillar of smoke billowing out of campfires, so they’re easy to spot andwill be marked on your map once found.

Simply approach a campfire and interact with it, but be warned that if there are enemies nearby, you’re able to get ambushed while resting at a camp.

Once you are camping,approach the meat beside the fire and choose ‘Cook’to start making your meal based on the meat available in your inventory. This will give you and your pawns abuff which varies depending on the meat used. After you’ve eaten, don’t forget to rest i the small lean-to to replenish your health!

Meal Buffs

The meat you choose to cook with alters which buffs you get, and yes, you can still cook that rotten meat if you really want to.
