To achieve this, you should decidewhat role each character will play in advance.For example, you have a Varanaari character focused on the Bodyguard career. In that case, you can further optimize its effectiveness by selecting teammates from the Batrax or Human race, whose skills as Initiates can heal and support your tank.
It’s also important toconsider the bonuses and penaltiesthat come with each race. For instance, if you plan to create a Hunter character, choose a race with high Dexterity, such as Goblins, instead of Minotaurs, whose low Dexterity would not suit this career.
It is useful to beaware of the unique abilitiespossessed by the different character races that you create.
For instance, if you have a companion belonging to the Batrax race, you will beable to hold your breathfor a longer period while underwater. Your characters willgain talents as they level upin a specific career. Some of these talentscan be used in combat, while others willprovide passive advantages.you may shape your character accordingly to make the best use of their talents.
Additionally, you cancreate a good combinationof the talents known by the members of your party.
For example, a party member in the Seaman career will learn the Deathblow talent at level three. This talent allows you to have a20% critical chanceagainst prone and paralyzed enemies. A party member with Bliss or Impact spells that can paralyze or prone enemies would be very useful in this case.
On the other hand, disciplines are thetypes of spellsyour magic-wielding characters learn. Each discipline in the gamehas five levels.Spells at the first level are the weakest, while those at thefifth level are quite powerful.You will need as many Discipline Points as the level you wish to reach in a discipline. You cangain Disciple Points by leveling up.
Enact Specific Battle Strategies
Your battles in Archaelund may not always be easy. Therefore, knowing the strategies on the battlefield will be advantageous.
One of the most important things to know is toavoid unnecessary risks.You don’t have to win every battle.Analyze your enemiesand your party’s situation well, and decide whether to engage in the battle accordingly.
Also, it is crucial which side initiates the battle.The side initiating the battle gains plus three more Initiative points, placing them at the forefront of the Turn Order. If the enemy attacks you first, they will receive bonus Initiative points.
Attacking enemies whose turn order is not closein battle is a good idea. This way, by killing them and eliminating their turns, you’ll get more consecutive turns.
Furthermore,focusing all party members on a single targetcan be beneficial in most situations. You canuse spell effects like Daze and Paralyzeto distract enemies you’re not focused on. This significantly increases your chances of eliminating enemies one by one.
Remember thatmelee attacks can pin enemies. This will expose the enemy’s weak points. Hitting the enemy from where the yellow arrow is located gives +15 accuracy and +10 critical chance. Hitting the enemy from where the orange arrow is located gives +30 accuracy and +20 critical chance.
Interact With NPCs And Find Other Companions
While the game map may seem quite vast, you are not alone.Explore settlement areas. Remember that in such places, you canmeet various needs. By interacting with the vendors there, you can obtain travel supplies, weapons, spells, and more.
Of course, you’ll need the game’s currency, Golden Sun, topurchase items for your party.you may find the Golden Sun by exploring. After a battle, be sure to thoroughlyexamine your surroundings; this way, you can find the Golden Sun or various materials and items.
Another way to earn the Golden Sun is bycompleting quests.Talk to the NPCs in the game and try to complete the quests they give you. Some quests may be challenging, while others may be simple. In return, you’re able to earn the Golden Sun. This way, you canequip your party members with good gear.
