Baldur’s Gate 3modders recentlymade Ketheric, Orin, and Gortash playable, but that wasn’t enough apparently. One fan, BroMeese, turned Gortash into a pickle you can eat at camp or use to clobber enemies over the head with.
It’s called Pickle Gort (please never call Gortash Gort, it’s somehow worse than Shart), and it adds a new acid club-type legendary weapon of the same name. It deals 8-23 damage and has enough camp supply points to fulfil a long rest even on Tactician.

I TURNED MYSELF INTO A PICKLE, DURGE!! I’M PICKLE GORT!!
With the mod downloaded, you may find Pickle Gortash in the tutorial chest or his office. Otherwise, you can get it from Arron in the Grove during Act 1.
The mod came about because of a joke in the Gortashnation Discord, where I assume they talk abouthow much they want to romance Gortashand, for some reason, what he’d look like as a pickle. Thanks to that sub-sect of the community, we now have an answer.
“The plan is [to] eventually integrate this weapon into Gortash’s boss fight without nerfing it,” BroMeese said. “But as I am only a baby modder, I haven’t figured out how to do that yet.”
Nothing would terrify me more than Gortash cackling as he beats me to death with a pickle made of himself. Aside from maybe a screenshot of someone duel-wielding Gortash pickles. Y’know what, this whole mod is terrifying.
Not 100 percent pleased with a Gortash pickle weapon, fans are calling on BroMeese to take things even further. “Can you replace Gortash himself with a giant Pickle Gort,” burntends asked.
“I don’t currently know how to do that, but who knows, maybe someday,” BroMeese replied.
Hell, why not turn Ketheric into Morty while we’re at it? Orin can be Summer. As for their parents, why not Minthara and Cazador? Get the whole gang in there.
If you want something a little less cursed, modders brought Elden Ring’s Malenia to the Sword Coast earlier this week, adding her armour, wings, and two swords.
With it beingone of the most modded games ofall time after less than a year out of early access, you can probably find something to your liking, whether it falls in the Pickle Gort extreme of unnerving or the more palatable end ofWitcher 3armour ports. Imma stick with Malenia.
