Persona 3 Reloadprovides ample opportunities to explore Tatsumi Port Island and get to know the people who live there. These relationships are known as Social Links, which allow you to grant additional experience relative to their rank to corresponding Personas when fusing them in the Velvet Room.
They also show you the personal arcs of the characters the link is connected to, helping you feel more connected to your friends. One such Social Link is with the leader of the art club, Keisuke Hiraga. As he struggles to decide what he wants to do with his life, you can be his closest friend.
How To Unlock The Fortune Arcana Link
Starting on 6/17, you’ll overhear thatthe art club has an open space. you may head down to thefirst floor laboratory hallwayto find the classroom with art plastered on the doors. When you enter,you’ll meet Keisuke Hiraga.
You’ll also recognize your teammate Fuuka Yamagishi, who is also in the club.
Joining the art club is enough tounlock the Social Link for the Fortune Arcana. From there, you’ll be able to deepen your relationship with Keisuke bygoing to art club Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
However, like many of the other students at Gekkoukan High School, he isnot available the week prior to exams.
