The map of New Eden is expansive, offering a plethora of discoveries as you delve deeper into the story ofBanishers: Ghosts Of New Eden. From solving Haunting cases to interacting with characters and making choices that influence the narrative, there’s much to explore. Additionally, acquiring new and improved equipment for both Antea and Red is vital for progression.
One of the ways to obtain such equipment is through cursed chests. However, to retrieve items from them, you must first locate three scattered items within the chest’s vicinity. Only then can you perform the proper ritual to unlock its contents.
The Warden Location #1
To begin our journey, we’ll start at theOld Watchtower in the Dark Woods region, situated at the northernmost point of the map.Exiting the shelter house from the left, follow the path downward.
Once you descend,veer left, and you’ll noticea barrel near a sign on your right. Here, you’ll discoverthe first Warden itemyou need.
The Warden Location #2
From the previous location,continue along the path indicated by the sign. Keep progressing forward until you reach its end, where you’ll come acrossa tree that serves as a bridge;use it to cross to the other side.
Upon reaching the opposite side,descend and you’ll spot a corpse to the left. Here liesthe second Wardenitem.
The Warden Location #3
From the location of the corpse where you found the second Warden item,locate the cave entrance near itand make your way inside.Squeeze between the rocks to enter the cave’s interior.
Upon entering,navigate behind the large rock directly ahead of you,and there, you’ll findthe third and final Wardenitem you need.
After gathering all three items, make your way to the location of the Cursed chest. Use the three items you’ve collected toperform the Unbounding ritual. Once completed, you’ll be able to obtain your new equipment from the chest.
