A new Dual Sword skin and Glyphs are up for grabs, provided you have enough Debt-Bonds to spare. Let’s go over how Star Days works, the rewards you may expect, and share some great strategies for farming Debt-Bonds quickly.

What Is Star Days?
Star Days is an in-game event themed around Valentine’s Day that runs from February 1 to February 29.Ticker has set up a special shop in Fortuna that is filled with lovely cosmetic items, including the highly sought-after Eros Wings Ephemera. You can purchase these items with Debt-Bonds,Fortuna’s reputation currency.
This year’s event is virtually the same as previous years, although Ticker has added some new items to her shop. Most of these items are Glyphs, although a new Dual Swords skin is available for purchase. If you’re sitting on a stockpile of Debt-Bonds or don’t mind farming some Fortuna content, this event is a great way to expand your cosmetic collection.

Most of these new items costtenMedical Debt-Bonds.
Star Days Affections
This year’s Star Days shop has38 items for sale, ranging from previous Star Days cosmetics to older weapon blueprints and Solstice skins. The notable items for sale this year are theEros Wings Ephemera, Cherub Color Palette, Dual Swords Stavika Skin, and the Snipetron blueprint.
Every item in Ticker’s shop will cost a set number of Debt-Bonds, although the type of bond will vary between items. Generally, newer items cost Medical Debt-Bonds, while returning items cost Advances or Familial Debt-Bonds.

How To Farm Debt-Bonds
Since this event requires you to spend Debt-Bonds, you’ll need to farm Fortuna content to acquire most of these Star Days rewards. There are three notable sources of Debt-Bonds:
Fortuna Bounties
If you don’t have access to Profit-Taker and don’t have the resources to purchase Debt-Bonds directly, your best bet is tofarm the first objective of Eudico’s bounties. The first bounty step has the highest drop chance for Debt-Bonds, so it’s more efficient to farm the first objective repeatedly than to complete the entire bounty.
The level of bounty you pick up will determine what type of Debt-Bond you’ll receive.

Grab a bounty, clear the first objective, abandon the mission, and repeat. It’s the slowest strategy out of the three we’ve listed, but it’s accessible to all players and doesn’t have any Fortuna reputation prerequisites.
Profit-Taker
By far the best source of Debt-Bonds is theProfit-Taker Orb fight, available upon reaching Rank 5 with Fortuna and completing the first three Profit-Taker bounties from Vox Solaris.Killing the Profit-Taker will always drop x3 Medical Debt-Bonds, x2 Advances Debt-Bonds, and x1 Familial Debt-Bond.This tops virtually every Fortuna bounty and, unlike Ticker’s shop, can be farmed. An optimal loadout can clear this in 90 seconds, although most squads will realistically clear this mission in 3-6 minutes.
The Profit-Taker’s drops are affected by Resource Boosters.
Unfortunately, just unlocking this fight is an arduous task. Getting to R5 Fortuna can take over a week if you haven’t started, and assembling a loadout that can solo Profit-Taker will take some serious investment. We highly recommend playing this mission with a squad.Chroma is idealsince he has Vex Armor and can double the Profit-Taker’s Credit drops with Effigy. If you need more damage, bring Volt with an Eclipse subsume.
The Profit-Taker Orb is protected by a Sentient shield that is only susceptible to a certain damage type, showcased above the Orb’s chassis. This shield will rotate between every damage type in the game, excluding Void Damage.Try to cover as many damage types as possible.

Covering Your (Elemental) Bases
A popular strategy is to bring a Zaw with Exodia Contagion. This Arcane deals innate Blast damage and inherits your melee’s damage profile. Pair it with a Kuva or Tenet weapon with a progenitor bonus—speedrunners prefer the Tenet Diplos with Magnetic, although the Kuva Nukor is a decent alternative—and you shouldhave most of your damage types covered.
Solo players should also invest in an On-Call Crewmate, available from R9 Command Intrinsics from Railjack. This companion can damage the Profit-Taker’s shields with elements not covered by your main loadout.

Once the shields are stripped, you’ll need to damage the chassis. you may either use an Archgun or a Necramech for this, ideally the Corvus or Velocitus Archguns. Break its legs, shoot the chassis, and then wait for the Profit-Taker to deploy its shield pylons. Get near the pylons and destroy them.
The rest of the fight will play out similarly.Lower the Orb’s shields, break its legs, hit its chassis, then break its pylons.Repeat until the Orb is destroyed. With an optimal squad, you should be able to clear this mission in 2-3 minutes, although public groups tend to take closer to 4-6 minutes. Even with slower clears, this farm far outpaces Fortuna Bounties for Debt-Bonds earned per hour.

Purchase Debt-Bonds From Ticker
Ticker has a handful of down-on-their-luck Fortuna contacts that need their debts cleared.Every 24 hours, Ticker will have a handful of Debt-Bonds you may purchase for Credits and planetary materials, usually Fortuna resources. All Debt-Bond variants can appear in Ticker’s shop. While it’s not farmable like other methods, this is a great way for players with stockpiles of resources to passively earn bonds.
