In Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, you embark on a journey alongside Sargon as he ventures through Mount Qaf. While Sargon may seem to traverse the path alone, the truth is far from it. His weapons are his steadfast companions on this expedition. His swords Qays and Layla, along with Bow of Melionas, are with him.
So, why deprive yourself of maximizing the potential of your weapons throughout Sargon’s adventure? You’ll need Azure Damascus Ingots to upgrade your weapons. Let’s start finding the 20 Azure Damascus ingots in the mysterious atmosphere of Mount Qaf in the game!
Requirement To Obtain
Chakram
After mastering the Chakram, head from thecentral border of Hyrcanian Forestand enter Lower City. Throw the Chakram at the gearabove the spiked areato connect two platforms. Retrieve the Chakram and use it toreach the upper left pole.
From there, jump to the pole in the upper right corner. Wall jump to reach the platform to the right of the rotating cylinders. Throw the Chakram at the middle gear tomerge the platforms. Jump over the spiked cylinders to the right side.
You’ll find the first Azure Damascus Ingot between two wooden platforms.
Chakram Shadow of Simurgh power
Start from the Wak-Wak Tree in Haven andhead to the area with the waterwheelon the right side. After moving down to the bottom of this area,jump inside the iron grate below. Proceed through the stairs on the right and then turn left. After moving down, you’ll see an iron barred door on the left side.Teleport behind the doorusing the Chakram Shadow Of Simurgh ability.
Afterwards, move downwards on the right side, thengo below on the left side. On the right side, if you haven’t found already, you’ll find the Spirited Sand Jar. But you need to turn to theleft again, where you’ll encounter another iron-barred door. Use the Chakram Shadow Of Simurgh power to pass through it.
After moving enough to the left and descending, you’ll seean iron grate on the groundthis time. Again, use the Chakram Shadow Of Simurgh toteleport yourself belowthis grate. If you’re at the end of “The Lost Warriors” side quest, there will be a mini-boss battle here; otherwise,go right by destroying the illusionary walland reach the Azure Damascus and a Lore Item.
Minimum Requirement To Obtain
25 Spirited-Sand Jars
To obtain this, you need to collect at least25 Spirit Jars. Start at the Wak-Wak Tree in Haven. Head to the right. Descend the water-wheel area to the bottom. Climb the handholds on the wall to the right.
You’ll see a room with beams of light streaming down. This is theProphecy Room; enter it. Press the Interact button after going to the right side of the room. From above, along withTime Crystals, an Azure Damascus Ingot will fall to the ground.
Start at theborder of the Old Royal Roadand Lower City and head to the right.Move downwardsthe wooden platforms here.
Then, as you go left, you’ll see an iron-barred door.Teleport behind the doorusing the Chakram Shadow of Simurgh ability.
Gravity Wings power
Start at the Wak-Wak Tree in The Haven. In thetop right corner of The Haven, there’s an area where Artaban is located.
On the stone platform just above and to the right of Artaban, you’ll find the Azure Damascus Ingot. To obtain it, you’ll need touse your Gravity Wingsability to perform a double jump.
Nothing
Start by entering the Depths from beneath the Giant Statue of Lower City. As you move to the right, several platforms you stand on will break, causing you to fall quite a distance. Proceed to the left anddescend down a staircase. Jump into the first gap you see on your left and continue heading west. You’ll slide down a ramp of waste.
After passing the green sewage, you’ll encounter a ledge on a wall with rotating spiked balls above and below it. You need tojump through this gap. Continue left from there. After passing the area with green sewage, climb the handholds on the wall andcontinue left.
Keep heading west until youreach a spot with nestthat spawns green flies on the ceiling and clean water flowing below. Slide through the narrow gap next to the skeleton on your right. You’llenter a room filled with spiked cylinders.
Navigate through this room carefully andcontinue to the right. After dropping down, head to the right. You’ll encounter another area filled with spiked cylinders and spikes. Traverse this area by performing wall jumps.
As you continue to the right, you’llreach a wooden platform. Descend from here, and you’ll encounter a poisonous pit. Navigate through it and continue to the right. Pass through the area with green liquid flowing and wall handholds, thenuse the upward wall conveyorsto perform wall jumps and reach the chest. This way, you may obtain the Azure Damascus Ingot from the chest.
After you take “The Tiger and the Rat” main quest.
Start from the holein front of Scrapper’s shopentrance. Go right and climb up the handholds on the wall. Continue to the left and slide through the narrow gap. Move upwards to the three stacked wooden platforms.Proceed to the leftthrough the door. Keep going left, overcoming the acidic floors.
After climbing the stairs on the left, firstjump to the platform aboveon the right using Rush of Simurgh. Then, reach the platform on the left in the same way.Slide through the narrow gapin the left wall. Climb up to the handhold on your right above, then use Rush of Simurgh toreach the left handhold.
After reaching the top,jump over the spiked cylindersand use Rush of Sigurd to reach the chest. Thus, you have found the Azure Damascus Ingot.
From Lower City,head to the upper area,where there is a cage-shaped elevator leading to the Sacred Archives. You canavoid the Jailerto reach it. Take the elevator up.Proceed to the leftand enter the new area.Stand at the end of the first staircasethat changes direction according to your movement.
Without moving, justturn to the right.Jump quickly to the platform on your left. You don’t need to do anything with the next moving staircase on your left; justcontinue straight to the left.
Reach the end of the next staircaseon your left again, to its last steps. Without moving, just turn to the left.Slide quickly to the leftand pass through the iron gated door into the room. In the chest in the room, you’ll find the Azure Damascus.
Start from the westernmost Wak-Wak Tree. Head left andmove downthe wooden platform.Continue to the leftfrom there, and you’ll find yourself trapped in a room where you’ll have tobattle several waves of enemies.
After clearing all the waves,go left and move downfrom the wooden platform. Inside the chest, you’ll find the Azure Damascus Ingot.
Start from the Brambles Tower Fast Travel point. Go left and move down the orange platform. You’llencounter a wall with purple thorny vinesin front of you; jump down through the gap there. As youproceed to the left, use the Chakram to pass through the iron-barred area. Then, continue straight to the left and break the wooden barricade if you haven’t already.
You need toreach the area above, where a glowing flower creates mushroom platforms. Leap across to it. As you go left from there, you’ll notice Azure Damascusin a barred and thorny purple area. Perform a wall jump from the left side of the wall to reach the upper right area. Then, turn left from above and jump down to where the Azure Damascus Ingot is located.
Dimensional Claw power
Start from the Wak-Wak Tree next to theSoma Tree fast travel point. Go left and walljump up to the leftmost cornerof the open area. Climb up the wooden platforms. Get on the wooden platform where two purple sacks are andclimb up from the vinesto the right of it. After exiting the exploding sack area, proceed towards the stone structure on the left.
Slide through the narrow holein the wall.Grab one of the exploding sacksinside the structure with Dimensional Claw andthrow it at the glowing wallon the left to destroy it. Drop down the vertical corridor in the newly opened area and reach the lowest level. Enter through the purple glowing door.
In this structure, you’ll need tosolve a puzzle. You’ll see two statues on the right and left sides of the metal platform on the ground.Grab the unpainted statueon the left side with Dimensional Claw andplace it on the metal platformon the ground. Then, go to the left side of the room and wall jump from the walls above the wooden platform toreach the upper partof the structure.
You’llsee a red statue. Grab it with the Claw ability and place it where youpreviously placed the unpainted statue. The statue will be facing left, sorotate it to the rightby pressing the Interact button.
Then, go down from the glowing passage on the right side of the room to the wooden platform below. When youreach the lowest levelof the wooden platforms, you’ll find another statue. Grab it with Dimensional Claw.
As you jump onto the platform in the upper right,place the statue on this wooden platform. Climb up to the top with the help of vines on the left side of the current floor. Before grabbing the statue left earlier,take the teal and yellow-colored statueand place it on therightmost pedestal. Turn this small statue to the left. Then,grab the statue left earlierand place it on themiddle pedestalfacing to the right.
This way, you will solve the puzzle, and a chest will appear. Azure Damascus will be in the chest.
Start from the Wak-Wak Tree closest to the left ofwhere you fell from Sunken Harbor.Move left and drop down the first gap. Head to the wooden platform on the right and drop down from there as well.Proceed to the rightfrom the wooden platform you landed on.
Continue straight ahead to find a chest next to an enemy attacking youbehind a barred room. Climb onto the structure where the chest is located. On the right side of the structure, there’s abreakable stone door, and below it, there’s anexplosive rockto break it. Use the Dimensional Claw to grab the stone and throw it at the door to break it. This way, you’ll reach the chest and obtain the Azure Damascus Ingot.
Fabric of Time power
Begin at the Wak-Wak Treenext to the Sealed Lair fast travel point. Use the sand column on the left toascend to the top. Turn left and move upwards using the wooden platforms. You need toreach the far leftof this wide area.
Here, you will encounter a Servant of Azhdaha with a wooden platform just above it. Climb to thetop of the wooden platformsandteleport to the top left cornerusing Chakram Shadow of Simurgh.
While in the air, climb onto thesandstone platform on your left. Jump onto the safe ground on the left by wall jumping from the crystal-free areas on the left wall.
Use Fabric of Timeon the triangle in the air on your right and hang on, then use the dash + double jump combo toreach the other triangles. When you land opposite corner, you will see the Azure Damascus chest.
Head to the large room with theship icon on your mapand acquirean exploding barrelfrom below using the Dimensional Claw. Then, climb up the wooden platforms above the section that leads to the Captain’s Lair. On top of the ship’s mast, you’llsee some poles. Climb to the top using the poles and then head left. Use the exploding barrel you obtained with the Dimensional Claw todestroy the wall at the end of the wooden bridge.
You’ll need toreach the top of the next room, which is filled with enemies and traps. Once you’ve reached the top, you’ll seeanother destructible wall. Use any explosive object obtained with the Dimensional Claw from this room to break through the wall.
In the next room, on the ground floor, there will be a longceiling trap above you. Move towards the left side and you’llfind an illusory wallon your left. Destroy it and enter, then jump down. A chest containing Azure Damascus will be waiting for you there.
After you take “The Celestial Guardians” main quest
Start from theWak-Wak Tree located on the far right ofthe Raging Sea. Head to the left area.
Use the wooden platforms abovethe sea to reach the deck of the ship.
After clearing the enemies,move down from the second wooden platformon the right side, and you’ll already see the chest below.
Proceed to the left, then to the right. After defeating the whip-wielding enemies here, you’ll spot thechest among the candlesin the upper left corner. Open the chest to obtain the Azure Damascus.
Start from theSoma Tree fast travel pointin Soma Tree location.
From there, proceed straight to the right without deviating. Along the way, you willpass two giant tree monsters. Then, use the Fabric of Time ability on the triangles in the air tobypass the area with two birds.
As you continue to the right, you willcome across a location called Lighthouse.Descend on the wooden platformed floor of this area.Destroy the illusion wall on the leftand move down.
Then, when youturn right, you will reach the Azure Damascus Ingot.
Begin at the border between Upper City and Sacred Archives, you need to reachlarge room marked with a wing symbolon your map. As you move from the left towards the center of this area, you will see a grate on the ground. If you haven’t already taken it,there will be a Xerxes Coin underneath.
Descend to the lowest partof these grates in this section using the Chakram Shadow of Simurgh ability. In this room, you willengage in battle with several waves of enemies. At the end of the battle, you will be able to open the chest in the middle, thus obtaining the Azure Damascus Ingot.
Start from theHanging Gardensfast travel point.
Go to the leftfrom there and reach the next area. When you reach thecovered wooden platformin this area,descend downwards. Hold onto the poles and use the Shadow of Simurgh power topass the spinning spiked trapsand reach the bottom level of this room.
After passing the spiked traps, turn right anddescend through the first gap. You will reach a wooden platform; continue moving down from here. There will be two spear-wielding enemies as you descend. Defeat these enemies andproceed to the left.
Navigate through this room filled with obstacles and spikesusing the Rush of the Simurgh and Gravity Wingscombo. Since the ground is filled with spikes, you’ll need tocontinuously wall jumpoff the walls to progress. At the end of the room, there will be an Azure Damascus chest in a safe area.
Third Azure Damascus Ingot
First,head to the Clockwork fast travel pointand exit the area using the exit located in the center. Pass through the room with the chained cylinders andreach the room with a large arch and a winged symbol on it.
Go to the right of this room, where you’ll need tosolve a puzzle. Use the Dimensional Claw to retrieve the pink capsule andplace it into the socket below in the room.
Leap onto the platform below and utilize it to propel yourself upwards towards the location where the second platform is situated. Create a Shadow of Simurgh before descending back down.
Acquire the pink jewel from the lower slot and propel it upwards into the upper slot. Subsequently,teleport back to your Shadowand safely alight on the platform.
Exit through the doorway above. Then, use the Fabric of Time power to pass through the gap you’ll encounter.
Once you reach the other side, speak with the seated robed figure to receive"The Impossible Climb" side quest. Upon completing the quest, you’ll receive an Azure Damascus Ingot and a Lore Item named “The Third Son” as a reward.
Start from theeasternmost Wak-Wak Tree. Proceed across the wooden bridge to your left.
Drop downto the left from the last step of the wooden bridge.
When youreach the room with the chest, spiked enemies will be waiting for you. Clean them out, and now you can open the chest. Unfortunately, you need todefeat the Mimicto obtain the Azure Damascus Ingot.
