As you progress throughPersona 3 Reload, you’ll find that there’s a lot to do in your free time after school and in the evenings. What you do with that time is up to you, but there are some time-sensitive activities that only occur within a given window. Knowing how to plan your time accordingly will help you make the most of your high school days.
The month of May is the second one in-game, coming right after a rushed April of learning the ropes as a new member of SEES. Here, you’ll find everything you need to know about what happens in May and how to prepare for it.

After moving through April andlearning all the basics, you’re givenmore free rein here. You’ll get adose of what school life is likehere more than spending time in Tartarus fighting shadows.

Mitsuru lets you know in the morning that you’ll earn a reward for doing well on exams. In class, Ms. Terauchi asks a question:

There’s a sale atthe Aohige Pharmacytoday! It’s also the last day of exams.
Last day of exams. No questions asked. Akihiko meets you at the school gate to let you know he’s been cleared to go to Tartarus.
You can spend your evening freely or visit Tartarus now that Akihiko can join you. You’ll also learn about Fuuka Yamagishi, another individual with the potential to awaken a Persona, though she won’t be joining you.
5/24 - Sunday
There’s a sale on thepolice station inventorytoday!
Yukari meets you at the gate to tell you that midterm scores will be released today.
Lunchtime
You’ll check your midterm exam scores. If you scored in the top ten, Mitsuru will have a reward for you.
Ms. Toriumi reviews the exam. you’re able to either stay awake or sleep in class.
Upon returning to the dorm, Ikutski will show you the rooftop garden. you’re able to spend your evening freely or visit Tartarus.
5/26 - Tuesday
Junpei greets you at the gate to discuss his exam scores and recruiting Fuuka to the team.
5/27 - Wednesday
Two girls talking at the front of the school mention the flower shop on Port Island. You can buy seedlings there.
5/28 - Thursday
Junpei meets you at the gate and hopes that Fuuka will still join. Mr. Ono’s class is about the Kofun period.
5/29 - Friday
You’ll overhear two girls talking about a second-year student getting bullied.
Yukari leaves the gym after cleaning up after the first years and stumbles across a couple girls making fun of another student. One of the girls, Maki, starts hearing a voice calling to her.

Gossip about a second-year student found lying in front of the school gate that morning. Classmates talk about the girl from 2-E. Junpei explains that the girl went missing last night and showed up this morning in front of the school. She’s still unconscious and no one knows what happened.

What To Prioritize In May
Youshouldn’t put off exploring Tartarusuntil the last minute, but in this case, it’s best towait until Akihiko joins the partyon 5/23. This willmake exploration much easierand you’ll haveaccess to his Persona’s abilities–including Zio–to hit enemy weaknesses.
The main focus in May isstudying for your exams. You won’t increase your Academics overnight, so you’ll need to consistentlystudy in your room or the library, or you’ll need toorder the Prodigy Platter from Wakatsu Kitchen.
Additionally, focus onbuilding up your Social Links, as you’ll be able to unlock more byfurthering your relationships with Yuko, Maiko, and Kenji. Make sure tocheck Elizabeth’s requestsas well for additional rewards.
