Dead Cells Isn't A Live Service Game, Don't Treat It Like One
When I heard that publisher Motion Twin was ending development of the very popular roguelike MetroidvaniaDead Cells, I thought it a perfectly reasonable decision. The game was released in 2018 after a year of early access to critical acclaim, and has maintained a loyal community since – my partner played basically nothingbutDead Cells for all of last year,to my great annoyance.
