Minecraft Could Be Getting A Native PS5 Release

It looks likeMinecraftcould finally be getting a nativePS5release, as several files have been spotted on thePlayStation Store’s backend that indicate a current-gen version is coming soon. For years now,Minecraft players on PlayStation have been begging for some kind of current-gen update that adds a native PS5 launcher, instead of having to use the creaky PS4 launcher that’s stuck around since 2014.Considering the PC and Xbox Series versions of Minecraft have advanced features like ray-tracing, it’s clear that thePlayStationversion of Minecraft is a few steps behind and has been for some time....

PlayStation Aiming To Roll Out PS VR2 PC Compatability This Year

It has been exactly one year sincePlayStationbrought its VR branch into the current generation to join thePS5, and while concrete numbers detailing how many PS VR2 headsets have been sold aren’t available, it’s probably safe to assume PlayStation wishes people were more interested. Several factors have contributed to the PS VR2 not being a roaring success, the need to own a PS5 to use one being chief among them. That will hopefully change before the end of 2024 as PlayStation has confirmed plans to make the headset compatible withPCat some point this year....

Pokemon Super Music Collection Pre-Orders Are Available On Amazon

Summary Video game music has a way of sticking with us for years, maybe even our entire lives if it’s good enough. It’s hard to imagine a time when the originalSonic’s Green Hill Zone theme won’t be my ringtone, or when the needle drop in the newFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthtrailer that pulls music from the original game won’t give me chills. There also won’t be a time when songs from certainPokemongames don’t transport me back to the in-game locations with which they’re synonymous....

Pokemon Temporal Forces Will Make You Excited To Pull Items, For Real

I love a Pokemon TCG set with a strong theme. January’s Paldean Fates expansion is one of my all-time favorite sets to open, and not just because I pulled the Shiny Charizard in my first pack. The increased pull rates and changes made to rarity types made hunting Shiny Pokemon just as fun as it was back in the Hidden Fates days, if not more so. So I wasn’t expecting much from this month’s Temporal Forces, considering shiny set follow-ups (Battle Styles, Cosmic Eclipse, Crimson Invasion) are historically a bit mundane, but I’m pleasantly surprised by how much character and identity this new expansion has....

Sorry Rebirth Fans, But I Can't Bring Myself To Hate Chadley

I hated Chadley inFinal Fantasy 7 Remake. Like a lot of the newly introduced NPCs found in the game, he felt out of place. Like he was drafted in fromFinal Fantasy 13to fulfil a role seemingly mandated in a modern video game. Here is an android with a grating voice and his dorky outfit who exists merely to grant you access to the battle simulator and offer materia or summon magic after you’ve met certain parameters....
